Following in the footsteps of the success of the final evening of the last edition, the Istituto Vanoni of Menaggio confirmed its presence with some teachers and students of the hotel industry who, in collaboration with the operators and chefs of the restaurants will again offer a menu rich in tradition to conclude the review looking to the future.
