Ferragosto in Cernobbio

Mid-August is approaching and Cernobbio is preparing to welcome visitors who will decide to spend the most eagerly awaited day of the summer here.

Two villas will open their doors: Villa Bernasconi and Villa Erba.
It will be possible to visit the Museum of Villa Bernasconi, open from Friday to Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with compulsory booking on the website www.villabernasconi.eu (entrance € 5,00, different free admission).

Included in the card the exhibition “Narrated Flowers. Illustrators of Art Nouveau in dialogue with Villa Bernasconi”, curated by Fondazione “Arte Nova”. In the Villa’s garden there will be a workshop for children, accompanied by their parents, curated by Rosanna Pressato, painter and teacher, and Gioele Chiumento, musician and guitarist.
An opportunity for children to express their creativity starting from the theme of freedom and linking to the suggestion of the flight of butterflies, reminiscent of the decorations of the villa. For info and reservations: ros.pressato@gmail.com, +39 338 7480237.
