The flute-harp combination is pleasant, haunting, and charged with multiple symbolic overtones, from Ancient Greece to Impressionism, yet not much original music exists for it. This program is largely based on art-song transcriptions and a French repertoire, the one best suiting the sonority of this duo.

The concert is held inside the sanctuary with open doors, so it can also be heard from outside the church with reduced visibility.

How to reach Santuario della Beata Vergine del Soccorso:
The sanctuary is reached by a scenic uphill walk of about 25 minutes starting from Piazza Papa Giovanni XXIII, loc. Ossuccio, Tremezzina (see map).
Entrance to the venue:
The ticket office opens one hour before the concert.
Admission from the access gates is allowed twenty minutes before the start of the concert.

55 min + intermission
In case of bad weather:
The concert will also be held in case of bad weather (inside the Sanctuary).
