Interesting building designed in the Razionalist style by architect Piero Lingeri in 1931, it was originally occupied by the Italian Motorboating Association Lario (AMILA).

Caracterised by its very large windows, the building has two functionally distinct levels: on the upper floor there were the living areas and representative offices of the association while downstairs there were spaces for the sporting activity.
