The Romanesque church, built in the twelfth century and partially restructured in the fourtheenth century, is located in the hamlet of Spurano on a rocky ridge overlooking the lake, along the route of the ancient Via Regina. The building consists of a nave with a semicircular apse. The interior is decorated with frescoes mainly dating back to the time when the church was founded.
