Quattro pianoforti d'epoca e gli archi storici inaugurano la settimana del Festival di Arte Solidale!
Dai primi decenni dell'Ottocento fino alla fine del secolo, questo concerto celebra la musica del Romanticismo, accompagnando il pubblico in un viaggio tra strumenti originali, stili ed epoche diverse. Ogni brano sarà presentato nel suo contesto storico, con nuovi artisti e grandi ritorni sul palco di ASF.
Dall'intensità di Beethoven alla poesia di Schubert, fino alle sonorità di Mahler, i musicisti di ASF guideranno il pubblico alla scoperta delle molteplici sfumature della musica ottocentesca. Il nuovo Young Talent di ASF26, Jaume Bosser, debutterà al Festival con gli struggenti Märchenbilder di Schumann e si unirà agli altri musicisti nei Quartetti con pianoforte di Dvořák e Mahler.
Al termine del concerto, un elegante aperitivo offrirà l'occasione di incontrare gli artisti e di osservare da vicino le differenze tra i quattro straordinari pianoforti storici, eccezionalmente riuniti nella stessa sede. Un appuntamento unico per ritrovare gli affiatati musicisti del Festival e dare il via a un'intensa settimana di concerti. Come per tutti gli eventi di Arte Solidale, l'ingresso al concerto è su offerta libera. Il ricavato delle donazioni viene interamente devoluto per i progetti benefici riguardo minori e bambini in difficoltà a cura di Coop. Azalea.
Four period pianos and historic string instruments open the Festival di Arte Solidale week!
From the early decades of the nineteenth century to its closing years, this concert celebrates the music of the Romantic era, taking audiences on a journey through original instruments, evolving styles and different musical periods. Each work will be introduced within its historical context, alongside the Festival's exciting new artists and the welcome return of familiar ASF favourites.
From the intensity of Beethoven to the lyricism of Schubert and the rich sound world of Mahler, ASF's musicians will guide audiences through the many colours of nineteenth-century music. ASF26's new Young Talent, Jaume Bosser, will make his Festival debut with Schumann's deeply moving Märchenbilder before joining his fellow musicians for Dvořák's and Mahler's Piano Quartets.
Following the concert, guests are invited to enjoy an elegant reception, with the opportunity to meet the artists and discover the distinctive character of four remarkable period pianos, exceptionally brought together in a single venue. A unique occasion to welcome back the Festival's close-knit ensemble and launch an inspiring week of concerts.As with all Arte Solidale events, admission to the concert is by voluntary donation. All proceeds are directed entirely to charitable projects supporting disadvantaged children and young people, run by Coop. Azalea.
