Meeting the tradition of the Neapolitan nativity scene and Lake Como with the works of the master Giuseppe Ercolano.
AIAP Tremezzina is an association that aims to disseminate, pass on and preserve the culture of the nativity scene. Officially established in 2016, it is affiliated to the Italian Association of Friends of the Nativity Scene.
He is a sculptor from Meta di Sorrento, born in 1976 and always attracted by the most classic and traditional nativity scene, the Neapolitan school of eighteenth-century inspiration.
A master in the most complete sense of the term, he ranges from the creation of classical figures to the execution of entire sets, without neglecting the production of all the accessories and harnesses, and finally the real sculpture, that of the wood used for the Sacred Statuary.
The deep bond with his land, the traditions, the “aesthetic taste” and the gift of sensitivity, are the ethical principles and character, as the foundation that formed him in an artistic journey of about 20 years, which today lovers include among the greatest contemporary exponents of the Neapolitan nativity scene.
