La Grande Musica in Cernobbio - September #3

On Monday 21st September at 9:00 p.m. in the dining room of Villa Bernasconi, in Cernobbio the piano concert with Ivanna Speranza and Enrica Ciccarelli will take place, during the series "La Grande Musica a Cernobbio".

A second appointment in Villa Bernasconi with Ivanna Speranza, a versatile and intelligent Argentinean soprano who, with the complicity of the pianist Enrica Ciccarelli, will perform a programme of chamber romances.

In addition to the beloved Tosti and two rarities by Giovanni Battista Viotti, Ivanna proposes pieces by Cecile Chaminade, French composer whom Bizet called "my little Mozart" and Pauline Viardot, great half soprano of Spanish origin, sister of Maria Malibran, friend of Chopin with whom she collaborated for a long time and with whom she transcribed some mazurkas for voice and piano.
