Alban Beikircher, violin
Born in Brunico (South Tyrol – Italy), violinist Alban Beikircher concluded his studies with Professor Joshua Epstein at the Saarbrücken Music Conservatory. He then went on to study with Professor Yfrah Neaman, a student of Carl Flesch, at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London.
Since 2002 he has been a member of the German-Israeli artist exchange program “Young Leaders Exchange” by the Bertelsmann-Stiftung.
Alban Beikircher, a versatile recitalist, chamber musician and soloist has performed throughout the world, including places such as: Israel, China, Saudi Arabia and Egypt.
He has also been a guest at numerous European music festivals, such as the Schleswig-Holstein Music Festival, the International Beethoven Festival in Bonn and others in Bregenz, Lausanne and Windsor.
He has performed as a soloist with orchestras such as the Munich Chamber Orchestra, the Romanian Philharmonic Arad and the Szeged Opera Symphony Orchestra.
Chamber music has allowed him to work together with various artists of different backgrounds: Senka Brankovic, Antony Spiri, Daniel Müller-Schott, Alfredo Perl, Stefan Tönz, Mirijam Contzen and Stefan Bleicher.
He is also the principal of the Korngold string quartet which he formed in 2006.
Alban Beikircher played a lot of contemporary music and premiered works by Ernst Krenek, Wilfred Hiller, Peter Michael Hamel and Klause Hahagen.
He has recorded for various radio stations, such as Radio Suisse Romande, Saarländischer Rundfunk, Süddeutscher Rundfunk and Rai. He has also recorded Lutoslawski’s Partita, Beethoven’s Kreutzer Sonatas, Robert Schumann’s sonatas and Gabriel Fauré’s violin sonatas on the Sony label. His most recent recording from ARS with music by Edward Grieg for violin and piano has been highly praised.

Matteo Andreini, piano
Matteo Andreini, born in Arezzo, began studying piano at a very young age, graduating from the “S. Cecilia” of Rome with the highest marks.
He perfected his skills with the masters Riccardo Risaliti, Aldo Ciccolini, Massimiliano Damerini for the piano and with the masters Danilo Rossi and Cristiano Rossi for chamber music.
He was the winner of first prizes in various piano competitions including Città di Pistoia, “A. Bacchelli” of Florence, Città di Grosseto, “Civitas Liburni” of Livorno, “B. Campagnoli” of Cento (FE), etc.
An eclectic musician, for years he has undertaken a concert career collaborating with important Italian associations including Lyceum of Florence and Catania, Associazione Romana Amici della Musica, Associazione Musicale Lucchese, Circolo Pio Pianomaster of Gravedona, etc. and playing in prestigious venues, including Teatro Petrarca in Arezzo, Conservatorio Cherubini in Florence, Sala del Mappamondo in Siena, Teatro Verdi in Pisa, Teatro degli Industri dei Grosseto, Estate Regina in Montecatini Terme, Palazzo Ducale in Massa Carrara, State Discotheque of Rome, Paganini Auditorium of Parma, Borgatti Theater of Cento, Municipal Theater of Carpi, Grand Hotel des Iles Borromèes of Stresa, Stefanini Auditorium of Treviso, Palacongressi of Cavalese, Habsburg Casino of Arco of Trento, Tosti Theater of Ortona, Auditorium S. Pio of S. Giovanni Rotondo, Aula Magna of the University of Messina etc.
He has also played in Switzerland, Romania – Sala Atheneu of Bacau, France – Festival Les floraisons musicales de Chateauneuf du Pape, Austria – Archbishop’s Palace of Salzburg, Germany – Stadthalle of Bad Saulgau, Festival Meisterkonzerte of Passau, Spain – Fontana d’or of Girona, Fundacion Andrès Segovia of Linares, Conservatory of Music of La Carolina and Ubeda, Principality of Monaco – Théatre des varietées, San Marino, Hong Kong – Arts Center. In the years 2009 – 2011 he performed a series of concerts and masterclasses invited by prestigious universities in the United States (MSSU Joplin MO, Pittsburg KS, Louisville KY, Campbellsville KY, Rochester NY, GVSU Grand Rapids MI).
He is a piano professor at the “P. Giannetti” Conservatory of Grosseto.
