Christmas in Como will unfold in the streets of the center among markets, food outlets and attractions for young and old.
From Nov. 26, 2022 to Jan. 8, 2023, Piazza Cavour will be transformed into a Christmas village: you will be able to immerse yourself in the typical Christmas atmosphere thanks to the setting up with characteristic wooden chalets that recall the landscapes of Northern Europe.
Ample space will be given to local and Italian handicrafts, and special attention and priority will be given to the enhancement of zero-mileage production - short supply chain, recycling and reuse, and local businesses.
In the magical Christmas atmosphere, visitors will be able to move among the 50 little houses in Piazza Cavour for purchases of handicrafts and typical local products, the 20 little houses dedicated to street food in Viale Corridoni, where there is also the Ice Skating Rink, and the 3 little houses in Piazza Grimoldi that, in turn, will host local associations.
In Piazza Duomo it will be possible to admire the Christmas Tree, while the illuminations in the central streets will make the walks through the streets of the City more evocative.
