From 4 December 2021 to 6 January 2022 Bellagio's first gastronomic festival of culinary specialties and creativity.
Tradition blends with innovation in the Bellagio Gastronomic Festival of Flavours, in which the participating restaurants will offer special menus and dishes that will reveal to the most curious palates all the variety of Bellagio's cuisine.
Specialities from the land will be served alongside lake cuisine, with combinations of traditional but never banal flavours.
The common denominators are the quality of the raw materials, the choice of 0 km ingredients and the experience of the chefs who animate the Bellagio restaurant.
