The exhibition Trame Lariane - Trame d'arte e moda opens on May 6, promoted by the Istituto I.S Setificio Paolo Carcano of Como, in collaboration with Villa Monastero in Varenna, Villa Carlotta in Tremezzina and I Giardini di Villa Melzi in Bellagio. The students of the Fashion and Textile design course of the Istituto Setificio pay homage to the houses of the territory and their rich cultural heritage with a collection of designs and artifacts that renew the tradition of textile production in Como in the name of creativity. The project is conceived and curated by Sara Ielpo, a graduate of the course of creative communication for cultural heritage at the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera.
From May 6 to 8, on the occasion of "Fuori Orticola", Villa Carlotta presents a schedule of activities focused on the theme of biophilia, love for nature, source of life and well-being. Inoltre, per tutto il mese di maggio, ingresso a Villa Carlotta a prezzo ridotto esibendo il biglietto di Orticola 2022.
