Wednesday, January 1, 2020, as every year, Argegno returns to the appointment with the Living Nativity, a traditional event, now dating back to 1600.
Along the streets of the village, taking advantage of the most characteristic corners, are represented 14 stages of the life of Jesus, with over 200 participants, in costumes made by hand and of the time, as well as many animals.
The event begins with the song of Vespers at the Church of the Holy Trinity at 14:30 and then starts with the procession that follows the entire path of the event led by the Santu Piscen (the Holy Child) and the musical orchestra.
Admission is free and everything will end with the distribution of mulled wine and panettone to wish you a happy new year.
