Aurelio and Paolo Pollice graduated in piano respectively with Sergio Perticaroli at the Rome Conservatory and with Antonio Ballista at the Milan Conservatory. After winning numerous national piano competitions, their musical training was deeply influenced by the meetings with the Masters Vincenzo Vitale, Nunzio Montanari, Massimo Bertucci and Sergio Fiorentino.
Aurelio and Paolo Pollice carry out an intense concert activity that has brought them to the most important Italian cities for prestigious concert venues including, Milan Serate Musicalis, Naples Associazione Scarlatti, Palermo Amici della Musica, and interbnationally in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Israel, USA and in Mexico.
They have performed numerous concertos for four-handed piano and two pianos and orchestra with famous ensembles such as I Solisti di Sofia, I Solisti di Zagreb, the Camerata Russa, the Polish Philharmonic Orchestra… and recorded for Radio France, Vatican Radio, RAI Radio3, Radio Classica and Radio Nacional de Espana. Guested by prestigious international festivals, the Duo has also premiered works by Anzaghi, Boccadoro, Bosco, Del Corno, Molino, Castiglioni, Lorenzini.
They teach piano at the Vibo Valentia Conservatory where they carry out an intense and passionate teaching activity. They hold courses and master classes in Italy and abroad (Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary) with students who have won numerous national and international piano competitions.
