In anticipation of Christmas, Villa del Balbianello, will host "The Night of the Nativity Scenes" on December 10, to admire the display of artifacts made by the Italian Association of Friends of the Nativity, which will remain on display throughout the holiday season.
During the evening, after visiting the Loggia Durini, the Museum of Expeditions and the Room of Primary Art, it will be possible to admire in the Segrè Loggia the project "I GRANDI MAESTRI - the beauty of Italian nativity art": a large-scale open and snowy Nativity scene, with the typical folk setting representing the rural life of the Lombardy territory, characterized by costumes and trades typical of our areas. A work embellished with statues of the height of 30 cm, in which the attention to detail and draperies typical of the author are enhanced by the richly detailed context. The work is created by master nativity scene artists from the Tremezzina office (set up starting Dec. 3).
The evening will be enlivened by the Pieve d'Isola Choir and the sound of bagpipes, and at 10 p.m. panettone and mulled wine will be offered to all visitors.

It is possible to reach the Villa on foot from Lenno. It is a 1 km distance with an uphill section, which can be walked in about 25 minutes. From the lake
It is possible to reach the Villa via lake by taking advantage of the paid taxiboat services from Lido di Lenno. By bus
From Como to Lenno, bus line SPT C10. Stop at Lenno, then continue on foot or by taxiboat.
Follow the directions from Church Square and Lido di Lenno. By car
Reach the Parking Parcheggio Mercato di Tremezzina, Lenno Location, on Via Comoedia ex Via degli Artigiani, then continue on foot or by taxiboat. By train
