In the historical residence Tremezzina that houses the Museum of the Landscape of Lake Como you can visit a exhibition of nativity scenes and dioramas that tell the various souls of the crib, from the typical crib that everyone prepared at home from an early age to the works of the greatest Italian cribs.Heart of the exhibition, the sector dedicated to the dioramas set in the most beautiful corners of Tremezzina, organized on the occasion of the 49th national conference AIAP in collaboration with the crib of the UOR offices in Lombardy.
A guided and illustrated path through the world of cribs, to get to know the many faces of this devotional art that has accompanied humanity for centuries: historical cribs with the costumes of the time, popular cribs set in times closer to us, passing from the splendor of the scenery of the Neapolitan cribs and the simplicity of the papier-mâché cribs that some still have in their homes. A formative experience that will amaze adults and children alike.
Organised by the Associazione Italiana Amici del Presepio di Tremezzina.
