• 11:00 am "Il Miele dell'Alto Lario" Report and guided tasting by Carla Gianoncelli
• 5:00 pmLario Oil Tasting by the Consortium for the Promotion and Protection of Oil D.O.P. Lombardy Lakes
• 6:00 pm Tasting of I.G.T. Terre Lariane wines by Rossana Carbonari

Sunday 25 August

• 11:00 am "L'Olio extravergine del Lago di Como" Report and guided tasting by Giandomenico Borelli
• 5:30 pm I.G.T. Terre Lariane Wine Tasting
