International Music Contest
The Esperia International Music Contest organized by MOMOM cooperative, was born from the need of the two artistic directors Emanuele Lo Porto and Debora Chiantella to enhance young talents and give them the opportunity to share their art.
The high technical and interpretative level of the candidates has made difficult the work of the jury (presided by M° Cristiano Rossi) that, after an online selection among the candidates coming from Italy, France, Switzerland and Hungary, has indicated seven finalists who will compete for the prizes in the final in presence at the Teatro Sociale of Como on May 15 at 4 pm.
The Theatre, always attentive to the dissemination of culture and the development of young talent, has embraced the musical project by offering the winners two prize concerts to be included in its 2022-2023 season of chamber music.
This is a unique opportunity for young musicians embarking on a concert career.
In addition, special scholarships - worth 3000 euros - have been established and will be awarded to deserving finalists.
The Esperia competition, now in its third edition, has been able to grow and expand thanks to the support of the municipal administration of Albese con Cassano.
