Description
On the occasion of Appuntamento in Giardino, the event of APGI - Italian Parks and Gardens Association - Villa del Balbianello organizes a weekend between art and botanical passion.
SATURDAY, JUNE 4 AND SUNDAY, JUNE 5, 2022
Villa del Balbianello in Tremezzina (CO) offers, for lovers of creativity and nature, a special landscape painting demonstration to be held in the park. Local artist Sabrina Morganti, being inspired by the Lario landscape or a glimpse of the garden, will illustrate the watercolor technique, explain its secrets and, in the meantime, tell curiosities and stories related to the area. Those who would like to paint with her can bring the necessary tools from home.
"Appointment in the Garden" is an initiative proposed by APGI - Association of Parks and Gardens of Italy. The event, designed as an authentic garden festival, was created in accordance with the "Rendez-vous aux jardins" initiative, which will be held simultaneously in many European countries.
