Rovenna and the discovery of the the old peasant civilization: from Rovenna to Moltrasio there is the “Sentee di Sort”, a characteristic path along which you can see evidence of the ancient peasant life in the area and which offers beautiful views of the lake. Suitable for adults and children, some points are overhanging and rather narrow, so it is advisable to be careful and to avoid walking it with big dogs and after rainy/snowy days
Buco della Volpe: passing Rovenna and continuing to the Bisbino, near “Alpe Scarone”, you will find this cave with small lakes and underground streams that then head towards the lake. It is close to public and accessible only during organized speleological excursions

The peak of Monte Bisbino: at an altitude of 1.325 metres, the peak of Bisbino, a mountain overlooking Cernobbio, houses a Sanctuary, a small Museum and a restaurant. The walk to reach the summit will be rewarded by the wonderful view of Lake Como
Piazzola: small area at the foot of the Bisbino, here there is an old Finance Guard barrack, operational until the 60s, which controlled the border with the Muggio valley to intercept smugglers
Croce dell’Uomo and “smugglers” path: panoramic point where there is a small church dedicated to Sant’Abbondio, Croce dell’Uomo is the starting point for a path that leads to Switzerland, studded with nice wooden sculptures by local sculptor Gio’ Aramini, and boards with proverbs and nursery rhymes
Ancient town of Olzino: this is a small village overlooking the hamlet of Piazza Santo Stefano, which, in the Middle Ages, housed a convent and was situated along a road often favoured by those who had to reach the Via Regina, because the streets of the Breggia valley were often attacked by bandits
