An unusual excursion, where the real experience is not the walk per se, but the wild bivouac night in a tent followed by a Sound Bath. Starting from the early morning, Margot Errante will play for us her Tibetan singing bowls till sunrise, that we will admire in a spectacular scenery over Lake Como.
Once reached Schignano by car, we will backpack for about one hour to reach the bivouac site. We will then set up the tents. Due to pandemic restrictions and for everyone’s safety, every participant must bring her/his own tent and camping equipment. Once the tents are ready, participants have the option to either stay at the camp with Margot or follow the guide in a short excursion. The hike will take place across an off track forest that extends over a steep slope, for this reason it is mandatory to wear hiking shoes or boots.
At 3 pm at the parking lot of Tavernola's pier (CO), better to enter from the corner in Via della Conciliazione with Via Sebenico - See Map
The cost of 25€ is for the mountain guide's fee ONLY. An additional 20€ is necessary to cover the sound bath experience and shall be payed in cash at the camp.

What are tibetan singing bowls:
Sound bath is a 60 minutes relaxation experience for groups. Listening to the frequencies allows the body to slow down some vital rhythms and improve self-perception by entering a meditative state. Participants lie down on mats arranged in a radial pattern around the instructor that will play the instruments producing harmonic sounds.
