Extraordinary evening opening of the Villa Fogazzaro Roi every Friday in July with special guided tours and readings from the novel "Little ancient world".

Friday, July 26 a special opportunity to immerse yourself in the atmosphere beloved of the writer Antonio Fogazzaro and discover the charm of the roof garden and the garden of Franco illuminated by the light of dozens of candles.

By lake
Boarding from Lugano with public service (Società navigazione del Lago di Lugano).
Boarding from Lugano and Porlezza with private service.

By bus
From Como to Oria 60 minutes approx. with change in Menaggio or from Lugano station to Oria 15 minutes. Departures every hour. For the summer timetable, click here:

By car
From Como: follow the signs for Menaggio, Porlezza and Valsolda; then continue for about four kilometres along State Road 340 in the direction of Valsolda along the lake. After Albogasio at the junction for Castello, you will find Villa Fogazzaro Roi.
From Lugano: follow the signs for Dogana di Gandria and Oria. At the junction for Castello, you will find Villa Fogazzaro Roi.
