On Tuesday July 11, the Milan Symphony Orchestra will perform an extraordinary tribute concert to cinema legend John Williams: from Star Wars to Harry Potter, his most beautiful and famous soundtracks from the 1970s to the present day will resound throughout the Arena.
With 53 Oscar nominations, he is the second most nominated individual in film history, after Walt Disney (59). His compositions are considered the epitome of film music, and he is therefore regarded as one of the greatest composers in history.
The Milan Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Maestro Simone Pedroni, will delight the audience with music from Star Wars to Harry Potter, as well as E.T., Jurassic Park and many other successful movies.
In case of rain or unfavorable weather, Arena performances will be held on the same evening at Teatro Sociale di Como, without sets. Each seating area of the Arena has a corresponding seating sector in the Theatre.
