Guided tour of the Villa Serbelloni Park, owned by the Rockefeller Foundation and located on the steep promontory which separates the two branches of lake Como, where, according to tradition, Plinio il Giovane owned a villa called Tragoedia.
From the park, crossed by a charming maze of paths and alleys surrounded by native and exotic vegetation and embellished by terraces, statues and artists' cottages, you can enjoy a superb view of Bellagio and the branches of Lake Como and Lecco, while from the fortification on the promontory the view sweeps over the northern branch of the lake and the Prealps.
The guide will take you to discover the park until you reach the top of the promontory telling you the history of the Villa from the dawn to the present day. Magnificent views of Bellagio and the surrounding area.
