By registering, each competitor declares, for himself/herself and for his/her drivers and passengers, to know and accept the provisions of these regulations

Each competitor also declares that he/she will relieve the Organizations and the Insurances that collaborate or sponsor the initiative, as well as the organizing committee and all the people in charge of the organization, from any responsibility for damage occurred during the event or damage produced or caused by third parties or to third parties' property
