On Sunday, Oct. 3 at 4:15 p.m., The Charon Group will present a tribute to Enrico Caruso. On the centenary of the great artist's death, musicians will recount the life of the first recording star and guide the audience through his hits.
Songs and opera arias will be performed by Neapolitan tenor Francesco Tuppo and the rock voice of pianist Luigi Signori, accompanied by Alberto Martinelli on violin, Gabriele Miglioli on cello and Elena Trovato on harp, with songs by Teodoro Cottrau, Giacomo Puccini, Giuseppe Verdi, Ruggero Leoncavallo, Francesco Paolo Tosti, Salvatore Cardillo, Ernesto de Curtis, Guillermo Posadas and Eduardo Di Capua. From 16.15 it will be possible to visit Villa Geno, usually not open to the public, with the guide of Elena Pedretti.
At the end of the concert, an aperitif will be offered.
