On the occasion of the FAI Spring Days, 26 - 27 March 2022, the Church of Sant'Agata, a jewel of Romanesque architecture in Moltrasio, will be open from 10:00 to 18:30.
The visit will take place in the hamlet of Vignola where the Romanesque church of Sant'Agata stands. Entirely built in stone Moltrasio, will be illustrated the changes that has undergone over the years, its uses over time and its architectural peculiarities. Visitors will also be accompanied inside the building to discover the frescoes recently re-emerged thanks to some restoration work and the art treasures it holds.
Saturday: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm

Notes for the visit
The visit will start from via Besana, 57. There are several parking lots along State Road 340 "Regina", there are also parking spaces near the parish church of S. Martino about 400 m from the church of Sant'Agata.
Other parking spaces available near the pier about 600 m from the starting point of the visit. It is advisable to use the many boats that from Tavernola (with ample parking) stop in Moltrasio in Piazza S. Rocco.
