Appuntamento in giardino | Villa Monastero

On Saturday, June 4 from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, June 5 from 10 a.m. to noon, the Villa Monastero Botanical Garden will welcome children from 6 to 11 years old by joining the Rendezvous in the Garden initiative, proposed by Apgi -Association of Parks and Gardens of Italy under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture.

The event, created in accordance with the Rendez-vous aux jardins initiative, will take place simultaneously in more than 20 European countries.

Children will visit the Villa Monastero garden accompanied by experts from the Minoprio Foundation, who will describe the different environments and botanical features of the garden, identifying the most important specimens.

At the conclusion of the tour, a botanical hunt and the creation of a herbarium that the child can keep and take home will be initiated.

Free admission for children up to age 11, paid admission for accompanying persons.
