The Villa Maresi is an English neo-Gothic style building set in a large park that extends
up to the slopes of of St Martin Stone. The project was developed between 1895 and 1905 by Giacomo Mantegazza, with the help of his son Carlo, after a training visit to England at the request of the client, the industrial Pompeo Maresi, and it was implemented rehashing the castle of Ronconi a fortified residence of the 17th century
