The "Casa Volta" is located in the hamlet of Loveno, Menaggio. It is currently a private property and its construction dates back to the fifteenth century.
It was owned by “Zaninus de Voltis”, ancestor of the scientist Alessandro Volta from Como, inventor of the battery.
