The Association of the “Garden in the Valley” is a non-profit, group who’s sole and principal activity is the maintenance and improvement of the “Garden of the Valley”.
The project of reclaiming the land that had been turned into a garbage dump began in the 1980s and was the genius idea of Mrs. Pupa Frati (affectionately known as Grandma Pupa).
