The guided tours will take place inside the Botanical Garden of Villa Monastero; a Garden rich in particular and rare botanical species, arranged in terraces that have favored over time the articulation of the Garden in a sequence of frames always different, but with some recurring elements.
Thanks to the particularly mild climate typical of the lake, botanical rarities from all over the world live together and are increased year by year.
In 2013 the existing species were implemented with more than a thousand new specimens.
The path through the park allows you to admire in almost every season an explosion of colors, shapes and scents, which extend for about 2 km, from Varenna to the nearby village of Fiumelatte.
On Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 October there will be no guided tours; it will be possible to visit Villa Monastero from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm with a reduction in the cost of the entrance ticket (€ 5).
Green Pass - certification proving the administration of at least one dose of Sars-CoV-2 vaccine (valid 9 months)
Certificate of recovery from Sars-CoV-2 infection (valid 6 months)
Confirmation of a rapid molecular or antigenic test with a negative result for Sars-CoV-2 (valid 48 hours)
Currently exempt from certification are children under 12 years and those who for proven health reasons, based on appropriate medical certification, can not vaccinate.
