Visits to the Park of "Villa Serbelloni" regulation
The park is open from March 12 to November 1 every day except Monday.
The park can be visited only if accompanied by our guide included in the price of admission. The Villa can never be visited. Guided tours take place only twice a day: at 11.00 a.m. and at 3.30 p.m. for a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 30 people per visit. In case of bad weather the visits are cancelled.
The visit lasts about 1,30 h/2h.
The walk is a bit demanding because in its first part it climbs up to the top of the promontory of Bellagio; it is therefore not recommended for people with motor difficulties and heart problems.
In order to go down, a different itinerary is followed compared to that of the outward journey and for this reason no visitor is allowed to leave the group during the route to be recuperated on the return.
There are no toilets in the park.
The cost of the visit is 10.00 euros per person.
Children between 7 and 13 years old and schools 5,00 euros per pax. Children under 7 years free.
Groups over 20 people 8,00 € per pax. Payment must be made in cash before the start of the tour.
Meeting point our PromoBellagio office located on the ground floor of the medieval tower in Piazza della Chiesa 14 in the upper part of the village. Calculate about 10 minutes from the boat landing stage. Calculate about 20 minutes from the car and bus parking area.
For groups it is compulsory to book and reconfirm the day before the exact number of visitors if different from the number booked. Reservations are accepted only if written. We do not accept groups on holidays in general. Cancellations made 3 days before the tour do not imply any penalty. Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour will incur a 50% penalty.
For cancellations made only 24 hours before the tour a penalty of 100% will be applied.
For private and exclusive tour it is necessary to reserve the entire group (20 people) otherwise other participants will be accepted until the maximum is reached.
