Isotta Maria Colasanti, born in 2009, is currently a student of the Young Talents Course at the Conservatorio Monteverdi in Bolzano under the guidance of Maestri Carlo Grante and Cristiano Burato and at the same time she studies at Liceo Classico G. Prati in Trento, where she also cultivates her interest in ancient and modern languages. When se was 10 she performed her first piano recital in Finland, for the Hailuoto Festival; then in 2019 she played the Piano Concerto K413 by W. A. Mozart at the Pianoforum Festival in Novate (Milan) and few months later a solo piano concert at the Go Abruzzo Festival in Guardiagrele. During the following year, she played two important solo concerts: the Waldstein Sonata by L. V. Beethoven and the Improvvisi op. 90 by F. Schubert.
She recently participated in the “Rachmaninov Journey” of the Academy of Merano playing the Romanza op.34 n.14 “Vocalise” and in the exhibition “Il Pianoforte al Monteverdi” edicated to the piano compositions of F. Liszt, with her performance of “Gnomenreigen”, at the 43rd Festival “European Encounters with Music” – Sala Alfredo Piatti, Bergamo, at the XXIV edition of the Velia Festival for the concerts at the Alario Foundation, at the Primavera Musicale Festival of Contursi (Sa), and at the XIX Concert Season of the Cilea Theater Orchestra, Teatro Zanotti Bianco of Reggio Calabria.
She started a piano duo with her mother, Ivana Francisci in 2022.
Ivana Francisci, graduated in Piano, Harpsichord and Composition at the Conservatory of Pescara and L’Aquila (Italy), at the Ecòle International de Piano in Lausanne (France) and at the Conservatoire Superieur de Musique in Geneva (Switzerland), performed in five continents all over the world: Royal Academy of Music in London, Rai in Rome, St. Martin in the Fields, Blackheat, AGIMUS, Italian Cultural Institute in London, Oxford University, Ottawa University, Palacios das Arts Belo Horizonte, Royal University of Melbourne, Istituto Dell’Orefice and Teatro S.Carlo of Naples, Wiener Summer Festival, Heilingekreutzer, Ravello Festival, Albacete Summer Concert, Illinois State University, Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, Museo del ‘900 in Milan, Hailuodon Musiikkpaivat in Finland.
She recently carried out a concert tour in South Korea with a complete performance of La Bohème, in collaboration with the Korean television broadcaster CBS, in the most important national theaters: Seoul (Lotte Concert Hall), Busan (Ha Neul Yeon Theater of the Busan Film Center), Pohang (Hyoja Art Hall) and Gangwon (Baeckriung Art Center). He has accompanied on the piano illustrious musicians such as Vincenzo Mariozzi, Bruno Incagnoli, Antony Pay, Maxence Larrieu, Angelo Persichilli, Susanna Rigacci (with whom he has continued a partnership for about ten years), Gabriel Suovanen and Norma Fantini and has also participated in broadcasts radio broadcasts of Rai (Radiotre “La Barcaccia”) as a pianist with great masters such as Fiorenza Cossotto, Paolo Coni, Giuseppe Taddei and Silvano Carroli and for the concerts at the Quirinale Palace in Rome, broadcast live on Rai RadioTre and on Euradio.
As a composer she has created symphonic works for orchestra, for solo piano and chamber music compositions. Numerous recordings.
Conservatory teacher for almost twenty years, he is currently in charge of Score Reading at the Bonporti Conservatory in Trento.
