Museo Casa Rurale di Carcente
In the characteristic village of Carcente, in the hamlet of San Siro, on Lake Como, a small ethnographic museum "Il Museo della Casa Rurale" has been created by the group of Amici di Carcente. Set up in one of the historic stone houses, it collects work tools and household furnishings related to local history.
The locals preserve and renew the Museum as a treasure: the mission is to create a link between past and future generations so that the heritage of local traditions is not lost.
