We ask our guests to arrive 30 minutes in advance. We will launch from a safe area where the water is calm. Guest will receive quick & easy safety tips and familiarize themselves with the water bikes then off to explore Lake Como best.
In case of canceled departure or missing departure time, ticket fare will not be refunded.
To ensure maximum safety, all of our water bike tours take place during daylight hours and only in good weather.
