Associazione LariOm is glad to introduce a yoga and meditation retreat that will take place in San Fedele d’Intelvi during the weekend from Friday, 9th December, until Sunday, 11th December, the only Italian date.

“The Biomagnetism” yoga and meditation retreat will be run by the World Community Service Center teachers Balachandran Ganesan, Jayanthi Balachandran and Rajasekaran Ramarao, who, from the ancient Rishi wisdom, will practise yogic techniques to strengthen spiritually, mentally, socially and physically.

An holistic approach for a complete physical, mental, intellectual and social wellbeing transformation through bio-magnetism.

Course to strengthen Mind and Body

– Brief introduction to Body and Mind
– Confirmation of our strong dormant energy
– Discussion about our inborn Vital Strength
– Discussion about a simple, practical meditation
– Learning of the technique and meditation on vital energy (Agna meditation)
– Standards to proceed with the meditation

from 14:00 until 18:00 – second part

– Meditation practice
– How meditation reflects self-transformation
– Demonstration and execution of simple physical exercises based on biomagnetism to prevent and treat illnesses
– End of the first part with meditation practice

Course to improve vital strength

– How to improve meditation intensity
– Theory of an antique technique to oppose ageing: simple 7 minutes exercise – Kaya Kalpa Yoga
– Demonstration and execution of Kaya Kalpa Yoga
– Group session on how to feel and improve one’s vital strength

from 14:00 until 17:30 – second part

– Meditation practice
– How meditation channels the self
– How to analyse one’s emotions to improve emotional balance
– How to improve interpersonal relations: with oneself, the family, the society, at work, with the world and the nature – a simple method based on the Waves theory
– A rare technique to balance meditation power
Shanti Yoga (Moolandhaar meditation)
– Repeat of the physical exercises with a powerful, fine body relaxation practise (Yoga Nidra)
Shanti Yoga practice

from 17:30 until 18:00 – third part
