Saturday, February 2 at 17:30, at the Library of Brunate, will be held the usual Winter concert of the exhibition of classical music "Art Solidarity Festival" which aims to support the Coordination Comasco Reality reception for children. The Festival wants to combine the promotion and artistic enhancement of the Como area with the awareness of the activities of the Coordination.
Danilo Mascetti will be the protagonist of the usual winter concert that will take place in Brunate, at 17.30, at the Auditorium of the Municipal Library. The pianist, who currently resides in London and holds a scholarship at the Royal College of Music, will present the Toccata in D Maggiore BWV 912 by J. S. Bach to open the program, followed by some Lieder by F. Shubert transcribed for piano solo by F. Liszt. The second part will be dedicated to the Symbolist masterpiece by M. Ravel, the collection of five pieces entitled Miroirs. Admission is on free offer and the proceeds of the concerts will be allocated to charity to the Como Coordination of Realities of Reception for Minors, which is responsible for giving help and support to disadvantaged young people in the area.
