You will be amazed by the hundreds of wild species of different flavours, colours and scents which may eaten raw or cooked in desserts, salad dressings, first courses and in umpteen other ways.
With chocolate chef Stefano Franzi we will learn the secrets of pastry and cake making in which wild herbs also have a role to play.
